I do not allow any children and/or additional guests in the salon. I charge a 90% non-refundable fee for any no-shows. I charge a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee for cancellations/reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I have a strict 15 minute late policy that could result in receiving a lesser service or a reschedule with a 25% late fee. I do not allow refunds of any kind but am always willing to adjust anything you are unhappy with as long as it is communicated to me within 7 days of your appointment and you are able to come in for the adjustments within 10 days of your appointment.
